Working closely with the VP of Operations and Country Manager, you will shape operational excellence in the US, owning local GTM governance and detailed planning. This role involves leading local operations, advocating for local GTM issues globally, and interfacing with Global Ops and stakeholders like Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and FP&A. You will lead bottom-up planning, collaborate with diverse teams, and drive transparent, accountable processes for quotas and KPIs. Requirements
- Extensive experience in GTM Strategy & Operations, with a deep understanding of sales processes and revenue operations in a B2B environment
- Proven experience in designing and implementing sales planning frameworks, including territory design, quota setting, and headcount planning
- Proficiency in financial modeling (Google Sheets/Excel) and experience working closely with FP&A teams on forecasting, budgeting, and quota modeling
- Strong data analysis skills, with proficiency in tools like Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Demonstrable program and project management skills, with experience running cross-functional initiatives
- Excellent stakeholder management abilities, capable of partnering with country managers, sales leaders, and global teams, and influencing cross-functional stakeholders
- A commitment to establishing and maintaining transparent processes and a track record of driving accountability in quota and KPI tracking
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to country managers, ensuring seamless alignment and setting everyone up for success against local operating plans
- Be at the forefront of shaping our operational excellence in the US
- Own local GTM governance, including operating rhythms and detailed planning beyond global KPIs
- Lead local operations, advocate for local GTM issues at a global level, and be a key interface with Global Ops functions and other key GTM stakeholders such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and FP&A
- Lead bottom-up planning, collaborating with diverse stakeholders like country managers, sales, and marketing, and driving transparent, accountable processes for quotas and KPIs
