Requirements
- 8+ years in optimizing revenue/sales operations, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role
- Previous experience working in an international environment, managing multi-market sales operations
- Proven track record in building and optimizing sales operations, developing KPIs, and implementing new processes
- Extensive experience with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) and other sales tools, including telephony systems
- Experience implementing AI-driven tools (e.g., call analysis, lead scoring, predictive analytics) to enhance sales efficiency
- Strong ability to influence and collaborate with both local and global stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and act on complex data to drive business outcomes
- Advanced level of English and Ukrainian
Responsibilities
- Optimize Sales Operations: Oversee and enhance the sales funnel, call quality standards, and training programs for Sales Representatives across all of our markets
- Implement and Improve Systems: Integrate and optimize an auto-dialing system with the CRM, enhance CRM functionality, telephony, and other key software to streamline operations
- Establish and Scale Structure: Build the Global Sales framework, including organizational structure, responsibilities, onboarding flow, and operational efficiency
- Leverage AI & Data-Driven Insights: Implement AI-driven tools (e.g., call analysis, lead scoring, sales script quality) and refine KPIs to align with modern sales methodologies
- Enhance Collaboration & Alignment: Work closely with local CEOs, Sales Teams, and Global Units to ensure strategy alignment, smooth communication, and consistent reporting
- Drive Performance & Customer Experience: Build a high-performing sales operations team, conduct regular performance assessments, foster growth, and improve customer experience through streamlined processes
