Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in Revenue or Sales Operations, or as a Data Analyst supporting commercial teams — ideally in SaaS
- Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and Salesforce; able to turn data into actionable insights
- Comfortable with GTM tools and AI-driven platforms (e.g. Clay, ChatGPT, Outreach.io)
- Commercial mindset with a solid understanding of sales and marketing funnels, KPIs, and revenue metrics
- Confident working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
- Highly organised, analytical, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Excellent communication skills and fluent in English
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex data to uncover trends and opportunities for revenue growth
- Identify gaps in sales and marketing processes and recommend improvements using GTM best practices
- Monitor key metrics like ARR, CAC, churn, LTV, and sales bookings to track business performance
- Evaluate sales effectiveness by tracking conversion rates, sales cycles, and quota attainment
- Assess the impact of marketing campaigns and lead generation efforts
- Optimise the full sales funnel — from lead to close — by identifying and improving bottlenecks
- Combine commercial, churn, and product data to inform GTM strategy
- Maintain clean, accurate data across systems and support reporting accuracy
- Build and improve dashboards that deliver insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success to improve alignment and execution
- Support the rollout of revenue tools, AI initiatives, and GTM improvements
- Provide day-to-day support to stakeholders, including quote approvals and ad-hoc analysis
- Manage the contract-to-close process for accurate sales bookings
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
- Exposure to pricing, forecasting, or quota-setting
- Proficiency in Python for automation and data workflows
