Requirements

  • Proven track record of scaling revenue operations from approximately $20M to $50M in revenue
  • Experience in high-growth environments and managing cross-functional teams
  • Strong expertise in Revenue Operations, with a preference over Sales Operations
  • Expertise in Salesforce architecture, setup, and workflows across sales, marketing, and service
  • Strong workflow builder with data-driven and analytical skills
  • Effective people manager and team leader
  • Collaborative approach to aligning priorities across marketing, sales, service, and finance teams

Responsibilities

  • Build and refine workflows across marketing, sales, finance, and service teams
  • Develop and manage lead-to-opportunity workflows, client onboarding, and renewal processes
  • Partner with finance to streamline commission structures and service-related workflows
  • Maintain and scale key systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Salesloft
  • Ensure systems are integrated and aligned with business priorities
  • Implement processes for accurate sales planning and forecasting
  • Collaborate with revenue teams to roll out actionable, data-driven strategies
  • Deliver analytics and insights to improve operational efficiency and scaling efforts
  • Equip revenue teams with data-driven tools to enhance decision-making
  • Act as a strategic partner to marketing, sales, finance, and service teams
  • Lead and support cross-company initiatives that impact revenue operations
