The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in revenue operations, a proven ability to manage multiple projects, and a strong understanding of AI-first approaches. Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales operations, marketing operations, or revenue operations
  • At least 5 years of leading and scaling revenue operations teams, ideally managing managers
  • Strong stakeholder management experience, and business savvy: strong business acumen and ability to translate business needs into action
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to successful completion
  • Experience working with remote teams
  • Curiosity Mindset: the keen ability to dig into business opportunities and input to get to the root of hypotheses and problems, develop insights and learnings to be used across the company
  • Experience in medium-sized SaaS organizations with a Product-Led growth, and learned from great leaders what good looks like a must
  • AI-First Thinking: use AI as a lever for transformation and know how to wield it effectively

Responsibilities

  • Craft and execute a bold vision for Revenue Operations that accelerates growth and drives efficiency, tailoring what Revenue Operations means for Smartcat
  • Champion an AI-first approach, leveraging advanced tools to revolutionize our workflows
  • Lead, Inspire, retain, structure and manage a team
  • Strong stakeholders management skills with business stakeholders, from CEO, CMO, VP Sales, VP Account Management, VP Finance etc
  • Spearhead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives like: Customer journey mapping, Territory roll outs, commission planning, CRM optimization, Marketing attribution
  • Full ownership of our revenue tech ecosystem, from budgeting to implementation to optimization
