- Proven track record of scaling high-performing SaaS sales teams and exceeding revenue targets
- Strong Leadership Skills: Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing sales teams
- Strategic & Execution Mindset: Ability to define, track, and act on key performance metrics to drive sales growth
- Adaptability & Drive: Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a strong ability to learn quickly and self-motivate
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with experience engaging at the executive level
- Senior sales leader with 10+ years of sales management experience, consistently exceeding targets
- Proven ability to build, scale, and optimize revenue teams in a SaaS or eCommerce technology environment
- Exceptional communicator and active listener, able to engage across cultures and executive levels
- Deep expertise in complex sales cycles, consultative selling, and negotiating enterprise-level deals
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage workflow effectively
- Strong pipeline forecasting ability, with a data-driven approach to sales management
- Passionate, driven, and relentless in exceeding expectations—with a positive and energetic leadership style
Responsibilities
- Develop & execute a high-growth sales strategy that aligns with company goals
- Mentor & Develop: Provide coaching, training, and professional development to elevate the skills and effectiveness of the sales team
- Own revenue growth, pipeline development, and forecasting, ensuring consistent and measurable results
- Refine Sales Processes: Optimize and standardize sales workflows, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in every stage of the sales cycle
- Recruit & Build Talent: Partner with the People Team to attract, hire, and retain top sales talent
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Marketing, Revenue Operations, Product, and Customer Success to align client strategies to drive long term success
- Own & Deliver Results: Take full ownership of the team’s sales targets, ensuring revenue goals are met or exceeded
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in eCommerce, AdTech, MarTech, or a related space preferred
- Understanding of, and contacts within, the eCommerce industry and experience selling solutions within the Amazon, Walmart and Tik Tok ecosystems
