Summary

Join Truv, a leading open finance platform, as the Head of Sales for our Mortgage Vertical. Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive sales strategy, build and manage a high-performing sales team, and drive revenue growth. Expand our footprint within the mortgage lending industry by identifying and pursuing new market opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional value to clients and represent Truv at industry events. This role requires a minimum of 10 years in enterprise and strategic sales, with at least 5 years in management. Truv offers a competitive compensation package, including base salary, performance bonuses, and equity options.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years in enterprise and strategic sales roles, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity (Director, RVP, or equivalent)
  • Deep understanding of the mortgage lending landscape, including familiarity with LOS platforms like Encompass and Empower
  • Proven success in building and scaling sales teams, achieving revenue targets, and driving market expansion
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the mortgage vertical, aligning with Truv's overall business objectives
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of performance and continuous improvement
  • Drive new business acquisition and expand existing accounts to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities within the mortgage industry, including partnerships and strategic alliances
  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and deliver exceptional value to clients
  • Represent Truv at industry events, conferences, and forums to enhance brand visibility and establish thought leadership
