Summary
Join TheyDo, a leading journey management platform, as the Head of Sales for Europe. Lead, scale, and inspire a high-performing sales team, owning revenue growth and driving operational excellence. Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to build a scalable sales engine. Build and coach a world-class sales team, refine the sales playbook, optimize lead generation, and share customer insights to inform the product roadmap. Requirements
- Proven success leading sales teams in a B2B SaaS company
- Experience selling to enterprise organizations with complex buying cycles
- A hands-on leader who thrives in high-growth, fast-changing environments
- Deep understanding of how to scale outbound and inbound sales motions
- Skilled in coaching, performance management, and talent development
- Data-driven, operationally excellent, and customer-obsessed
- Comfortable with asynchronous work and distributed teams (CET ±2 hours)
Responsibilities
- Build, lead, and coach a world-class European sales team
- Own revenue targets and drive predictable growth across enterprise and mid-market segments
- Refine and evolve our sales playbook to meet the demands of a rapidly scaling business
- Partner with Marketing to optimise lead generation and pipeline growth
- Work closely with Product to share customer insights that inform the roadmap
- Create a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer-centricity
