Lead and execute a comprehensive sales strategy, set goals and KPIs, and stay abreast of market changes. Build and lead a high-performing sales team, personally guide high-value deals, and cultivate C-level relationships. Collaborate with marketing, product, and account management teams. This role requires 7+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles, and a proven track record of exceeding quotas and closing large deals. Requirements
- 7+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven success leading mid-market and enterprise teams to exceed $1M+ pp ARR quotas and close $100K+ deals
- Deep understanding of land industry dynamics , stakeholder personas, and buyer journeys
- Known for clear communication , strategic thinking , and flawless execution
- You love coaching teams, but you’re also comfortable owning and closing deals when needed
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment—and bring energy, resilience, and creativity to the table
Responsibilities
- Lead the Strategy - Own and execute a comprehensive enterprise and mid-market sales strategy tailored to the land sector
- Set clear goals, KPIs, and forecasting metrics aligned with company-wide objectives
- Stay close to market shifts, customer pain points, and competitive threats—and adjust playbooks accordingly
- ���� Build & Lead a Winning Team - Hire, develop, and inspire a high-performing team of AEs (SC and BDR are on the table too)
- Create a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous growth
- Roll up your sleeves—jump in on deals, coach on calls, and lead by example
- ���� Drive Enterprise Growth - Personally guide and support high-value deals, guiding the team through complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Cultivate C-level relationships across strategic accounts and open new revenue streams
- Build a predictable, high-conviction pipeline , while keeping CRM hygiene sharp and reporting accurate
- Support a multi product sales org and help create a playbook and winning GTM motion
- ���� Collaborate & Elevate - Work closely with marketing, product, account management and customer success to design campaigns and product enhancements that resonate with enterprise buyers
- Champion the voice of the customer internally to refine our solutions and go-to-market motion
