Summary
Join League as a Manager, Health Solutions and support our rapidly growing business by bringing League’s Health Solutions to market. You will enable health programming and marketing tactics to drive improved health outcomes. Responsibilities include defining and measuring health outcomes and engagement KPIs, developing and executing marketing initiatives, implementing Health Solutions within client platforms, and building client relationships. This role requires a deep understanding of how to integrate product features, content, and marketing to drive user engagement. You will contribute to high-impact health initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze data to inform decisions, and act as a subject matter expert on health outcomes and engagement. The ideal candidate will be passionate about League's mission and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- A high performer with 2 to 4 years in a patient care setting
- Ability to influence decision makers without direct authority
- Expertise on data-driven decision-making
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to cross-reference issues and provide well-informed recommendations. An organized, analytical mind and can overcome challenges, in a thoughtful and meaningful way
- A successful builder with a track recording of turning ideas into reality
- A proven leader of complex projects. Can manage multiple projects at the same time and their associated delivery timelines and expectations
- You must be a licensed health professional (RN, PA, NP, PharmD, RD, etc) with a strong history working in direct patient care
Responsibilities
- Support the definition and measurement of the desired health outcomes for League’s Health Solutions
- Support the definition and measurement of engagement KPIs for League’s Health Solutions
- Assist in the development and execution of content and marketing initiatives that deliver measurable health outcomes/engagement
- Support the implementation and utilization of Health Solutions within client platforms to drive engagement and health outcomes
- Contribute to high-impact health initiatives that represent League’s business and value
- Work with a world-class team to deliver high-impact health solutions to our members and clients across North America and internationally as needed
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to craft holistic experiences that resonate with target audiences, drive engagement, and ultimately improve health outcomes
- Support evaluating of key initiatives and key decisions to drive growth
- Analyze data structures to inform implementation decisions and provide actionable recommendations to clients and leadership around health solution implementation
- Participate on League’s ongoing strategic planning process including competitive analysis, financial analysis, and preparing for monthly/quarterly leadership team meetings
- Act as a subject matter expert on health outcomes and engagement. The candidate will be expected to develop a perspective on optimal use of features, content and marketing communications to drive user engagement for improved health behaviors and outcomes
- Utilize your patient care experience to optimize recommendations to clients to drive measurable improvements in health outcomes
- Execute and maintain health outcome driven user journeys, including content and marketing components, to enable users to obtain knowledge, grow self-efficacy, and practice desired behaviors to drive engagement with League’s Health Solutions and improve health outcomes
- Collaborate on the implementation of high-complexity health solutions launches (related to content and marketing communications), ensuring alignment with the larger implementation plans and client commitments
- Create and utilize taxonomies where possible to create standardized data sets to support consistent reporting of engagement or health outcome impacts
- Advise on user engagement strategies to support platform engagement
- Support the growth of League customers by providing expertise around health outcomes/engagement strategy and initiatives in support of client goals
- Optimize League’s health solutions to drive key metrics and client success
- Compliance with Information Security Policies
- Ensure access management is performed in compliance with the employee's role and responsibilities
- Responsibility and accountability for executing League's policies and procedures within the department/ team
- Notification of HR, Legal, Compliance & Security of any incidents, breaches or policy violations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in client-facing or project leadership roles
- Physical health (rehab, physical therapy etc) or Mental health (inpatient, outpatient, therapy etc) experience
Benefits
$77,400 — $116,200 CAD (Canada applicants only)
