Summary
Join VirtualStaff365, a rapidly expanding outsourcing company, as an HR Assistant supporting our team in general HR administration. You will maintain timekeeping records, communicate with clients about staff attendance, assist with offboarding, manage Time Dr records, and handle various administrative tasks. Responsibilities include coordinating employee recognition, assisting in disaster management, maintaining HR reports, and providing professional client liaison. This is a permanent, full-time, work-from-home position operating during Australian business hours.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (advanced written, intermediate verbal)
- Experience handling attendance, leave tracking, and HR reporting
- Conflict resolution and negotiation skills at an intermediate level
- Excellent time management skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and liaise with clients professionally
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update timekeeping records, including attendance and leave tracking
- Communicate with clients regarding staff attendance, ensuring timely updates
- Assist with offboarding processes and staff support functions
- Manage and update Time Dr records, adjusting hours as required
- Handle general administrative and data processing tasks related to HR operations
- Coordinate gifts, vouchers, and employee recognition initiatives
- Assist in disaster management and office closure communications
- Maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports
- Provide professional client liaison and ensure prompt issue resolution
