Summary
Join Frontier, a subsidiary of Fresh Prints, as a Junior HR Associate and contribute to their recruitment operations. You will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process. This role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for talent acquisition. You will be responsible for coordinating with hiring managers, conducting preliminary interviews, assisting with LinkedIn outreaches, developing search strategies, and communicating status updates. This is a remote position requiring comfort working in the US shift (8AM - 5PM EST).
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience working in talent acquisition
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset
- Attention to detail and relentless follow-up
- Ability to prioritize work
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Responsibilities
- Coordinating with hiring managers for open roles
- Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate various rounds of assessments & interviews
- Assisting with LinkedIn outreaches and sourcing candidates through various channels
- Develop & drive comprehensive search strategies to recruit the best talent
- Communicating with management and other team members to ensure status updates
- Any other responsibilities delegated; be a backup for generalist responsibilities
