Summary

Preferred qualifications include experience in a startup environment, familiarity with HR compliance regulations, and proficiency in data analysis and visualization. Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Proficiency in Culture Amp, Greenhouse ATS, Rippling HRIS & Slack
  • Self-starter, with excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with an ability to communicate, clearly and effectively, making people feel supported and heard
  • Experience identifying and solving problems and making continuous improvements

Responsibilities

  • Run the daily functions of the People team, including the onboarding of new hires, supporting various people operations systems (such as the ATS and survey platforms), administering benefits, and maintaining employee files
  • Configure, maintain, and optimize the Rippling HRIS for accurate data management and reporting
  • Lead engagement and retention activities, creating engagement plans and initiating activities
  • Support data reporting and analytics, including tracking and analyzing people related metrics, deploying and analyzing survey results, and completing required employment compliance reports
  • Maintain, improve upon, and document people related processes and coordinate with Finance and IT Teams with respect to people related needs
  • Serve as the initial point of contact on People team on a day-to-day basis for employee questions about benefits and employment policies
  • Manage tasks associated with smooth offboarding of employees (e.g., exit interviews)
  • Provide additional support as needed, in areas such as administering leaves of absence, trainings, interview logistics, and immigration administration

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a start-up environment
  • Familiarity with HR compliance regulations
  • Proficiency in Excel, dashboards, and data visualization, with an interest in using data to identify trends, patterns, and insights to inform strategic decision-making
