Summary
Join CREALOGIX, a leading provider of digital banking and financial technology solutions, as their new HR Business Partner! This 100% position, based in Coburg or Stuttgart with remote work options, offers a dynamic environment. You will act as a key contact for HR, organizational, and leadership matters, supporting international HR processes and projects. The role involves organizational development, coaching team leaders, and collaborating with international HR generalists. This position requires a business administration degree with HR specialization or equivalent experience and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- Completed business administration degree with specialization in HR or a sound education in the HR field
- Several years of experience in human resources throughout the entire employee lifecycle
- Enjoyment of a wide-ranging area of responsibility with creative and operative tasks as well as cooperation with international stakeholders at all hierarchical levels
- Experience in organizational development, a good understanding of organizations, dynamics in teams and cultural differences
- Good consulting skills and willingness to question processes or decisions in order to find even better solutions together
- A structured and independent working style
- Very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form
Responsibilities
- Act as the contact person for HR, organizational, and leadership topics to achieve strategic goals, including taking over parts of the recruiting process for a defined area
- Support annual and recurring international HR processes (location evaluation, potential analysis, salary and promotion rounds)
- Participate in international HR projects (Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Employer Branding, Culture etc.)
- Accompanying measures for organizational development and coaching of team leaders in team, organizational, conflict, or leadership issues
- Group-wide personnel planning including budget planning and controlling of international talent management for the responsible area
- Advise and support managers and talents in all HR-relevant questions including their (international) career planning
- International cooperation with local HR generalists
