HR Business Partner - Tech

Summary

Join AUTO1 Group's People Business Partnership Team as an HR Business Partner and contribute to the implementation of their HR strategy. You will collaborate with management to steer strategic projects, support leaders through training and coaching, and shape the organizational culture. This role involves partnering with Tech department stakeholders to build high-performing teams, drive learning and development initiatives, and enhance employee engagement. As the go-to HR consultant, you will guide leadership, structure, and organizational growth within the Tech department.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, psychology, or related field, with HR experience in tech, ideally in an international startup
• Proven expertise in learning and development, leadership training, and employee growth strategies
• Strong project management, data-driven mindset, and ability to communicate confidently at all levels
• Basic knowledge of German labor law; coaching mindset to guide management on HR topics
• Fluent English (C1); German is a plus
• Willingness to travel occasionally to Berlin

Responsibilities

• Partner with Tech department stakeholders to build high-performing teams and drive learning, development, and employee engagement initiatives
• Act as the go-to HR consultant for management, team leads, and employees, guiding leadership, structure, and organizational growth
• Design and implement training programs, leadership development initiatives, and career growth strategies tailored to tech professionals
• Manage end-to-end People processes, including onboarding, payroll reviews, feedback cycles, and organizational updates, ensuring a seamless employee experience
• Leverage data insights to inform decisions, maintain accurate documentation, and support the department’s strategic goals
