Hr Generalist

Summary

Join our growing startup as an HR Generalist and play a critical role in building a thriving workforce. This fully remote position, based in the Dubai time zone, offers a wide range of responsibilities, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, HR administration, compensation and benefits, training and development, culture building, and reporting. You will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for recruiting (IT positions) and all HR cycle duties. Requirements

• 1+ years of experience as an HR Generalist in startups
• Fluency in both English and Russian
• Ability to work remotely within the Dubai Time Zone (GMT+4)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to identify and solve problems effectively
• Thorough knowledge of HR principles, practices, and labor laws

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing the onboarding process
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support on HR policies and procedures
• Assist with the performance review process, providing support to managers and employees
• Manage employee records, maintain HR systems, and ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws
• Assist with the administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and equitable practices
• Identify training needs and develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
• Contribute to building a positive and engaging company culture
• Prepare HR reports and analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
