Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in HR or People Operations, preferably in a remote, global organization
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficient with HRIS, ATS systems (e.g., Hibob, Recruitee), and Google Workspace
- Knowledge of HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and compensation
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
- Fluent in English
Responsibilities
- Support our hiring teams finding amazing talent
- Conduct screening interviews with candidates and track and maintain the inbound pipeline for 1-2 roles
- Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers throughout the candidate journey
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing contracts, setting up employee profiles in HRIS (e.g., Hibob), and scheduling check-ins
- Coordinate with new joiners to have everything set up for the first day
- Support the offboarding process, ensuring all necessary tasks are completed and feedback is gathered
- Assist in the administration of salary adjustments, stock option allocations, and performance reviews
- Support the annual salary survey and help prepare salary letters for team members
- Manage various team member benefits and assist with maternity/paternity leaves and other special benefits
- Administer Ledgy for stock option updates, including new hire allocations, refreshers, and terminations
- Maintain open lines of communication with employees to ensure they feel supported throughout their lifecycle at Chorus One
- Assist in managing employee feedback surveys (e.g., 90-day check-ins) and ensure that feedback is acted upon
- Help drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment
- Collaborate with the People team on bi-annual retreats and performance management cycles
- Ensure transparency in HR processes, including performance feedback, salary adjustments, and stock options
- Support the development and improvement of HR processes to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement
- Ensure that all HR data and processes are maintained in an accurate and transparent manner
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with remote work and supporting a distributed team is a plus
- CET (-2/+2 hrs) timezone preferred
