Summary

Responsibilities include conducting employee check-ins, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, monitoring project updates, managing HR documentation, ensuring data confidentiality, and identifying areas for process improvement. Requirements

Responsibilities
- Conduct regular 1-on-1s with team members to check in, offer guidance, and provide feedback
- Be the first point of contact for HR-related questions, ensuring clarity and responsiveness
- Assist with sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to help build a talented and values-aligned team
- Facilitate a smooth onboarding process, ensuring new hires feel welcomed and equipped for success
- Track and review Asana project updates to ensure timelines and priorities are on track
- Monitor Hubstaff data to provide constructive feedback and help teams optimize their time
- Manage contracts, salary updates, benefits, and other HR documentation with tools like CharlieHR
- Keep company policies, manuals, and handbooks organized and up to date
- Ensure all information is detailed, clear, and accessible
- Handle sensitive employee information, such as salary adjustments and performance data, with tact and discretion
- Identify areas for improvement in HR processes and implement solutions to create a better experience for the team
