Hr Generalist

Summary

Join Infinitas Technology as an HR Generalist to provide operational HR advice and support day-to-day HR processes. Partner with the HR Manager to deliver and implement HR products and services. You will support the people plan, contribute to the overall HR function's digitization and optimization, and manage employee-related processes like recruitment, onboarding, and talent management. You will also act as the second line of support for HR service queries and ensure HR data quality. This role reports to the HR Manager and involves close collaboration with business and HR colleagues.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures
• Experience with HRIS systems and tools
• Proactive and thought-through approach to problem solving
• Data-driven, takes initiative, able to prioritize without close supervision
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support in regards to the people plan, for example: recruitment, performance management, conduct and analyze exit interviews and make actionable recommendations based on data
• Support Infinitas Technology in follow up with regards to Engagement Survey
• Serve as the second line of support to queries that HR services cannot answer immediately
• Maintain HR data quality for Infinitas Technology to ensure the creation of correct HR reports
• Support the overall People Department of Infinitas with implementation, optimization, and digitization of HR processes in relation to the new HR System
• Manage employee related processes, including but not limited to recruitment, on-boarding and talent management processes
