Requirements

• Students that are finishing their degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Good organizational skills and tech savvy
• Detail and process-oriented
• Interest in getting to know and participating in the development of the different processes and initiatives in the various HR areas
• Advanced English skills
• Willingness to learn and innovate, problem solving ability and proactivity

Responsibilities

• Support new hire onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth integration
• Assist in preparing onboarding materials and documentation
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure new hires have necessary resources
• Maintain accurate HR records and assist in data entry tasks
• Support HR team in benefits enrolment, opt out processes, census data
• Assist in tracking HR metrics, PTO usage and audit
• Collaboration in different projects of the Human Resources department, locally and internationally
