Requirements
- Students that are finishing their degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Good organizational skills and tech savvy
- Detail and process-oriented
- Interest in getting to know and participating in the development of the different processes and initiatives in the various HR areas
- Advanced English skills
- Willingness to learn and innovate, problem solving ability and proactivity
Responsibilities
- Support new hire onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth integration
- Assist in preparing onboarding materials and documentation
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure new hires have necessary resources
- Maintain accurate HR records and assist in data entry tasks
- Support HR team in benefits enrolment, opt out processes, census data
- Assist in tracking HR metrics, PTO usage and audit
- Collaboration in different projects of the Human Resources department, locally and internationally
