Summary
Join the Arbitrum Foundation as an experienced HR Lead and drive HR strategy, develop people initiatives, and foster a positive workplace. You will play a key role in shaping company culture and employee experience, supporting talent acquisition, employee development, retention, and organizational design. This role requires strategic HR leadership, team management and development, employee relations, performance management, policy and compliance management, compensation and benefits oversight, training and development program creation, data-driven decision-making, and change management support. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of HR experience, including leadership experience, and a deep understanding of HR best practices and labor laws. Requirements
- 5-7 years of HR experience, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or management role
- Proven track record in managing HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, and HR policies
- Deep knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
- Adaptability to changing business needs, with a proactive and flexible approach to challenges
- Proficiency in HR software (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with payroll and benefits systems a plus
- Experience within Web3, blockchain, or tech-driven organizations
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop HR strategies that align with the organizationโs business goals, fostering a positive work culture and ensuring effective talent management practices
- Oversee and mentor the HR team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to enhance team performance and HR service delivery
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and support initiatives that promote employee satisfaction, retention, and engagement
- Oversee performance appraisal processes, ensuring effective feedback systems, goal setting, and employee development programs are in place
- Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and company standards
- Manage compensation strategies, benefit programs, and ensure that these align with industry standards and contribute to employee satisfaction
- Identify skill gaps and partner with leadership to design and implement training and development programs that enhance employee performance and career growth
- Utilize HR metrics and data to inform decision-making processes, improve HR strategies, and track organizational trends such as turnover, retention, and employee satisfaction
- Support organizational change initiatives by leading communication efforts and ensuring smooth transitions through effective people management practices
