Summary

Join Macropay, a fast-growing global Payment Orchestrator, as our experienced and dynamic HR Manager. You will lead all aspects of human resources, building and sustaining a high-performing workforce. This strategic role requires strong interpersonal skills and alignment of HR processes with global operations and growth objectives. You will be responsible for talent acquisition and retention, HR strategy and policy development, employee relations, learning and development, compensation and benefits oversight, HR data and reporting, and championing company culture and values. The ideal candidate possesses extensive HR management experience, preferably in fintech, and a relevant bachelor's degree. Requirements

  • Experience: 7+ years in HR management, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or a fast-paced technology company
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of global HR practices, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance in the USA and Europe
  • Proven ability to build and sustain a positive workplace culture in a global, remote-friendly environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms (e.g.,Factorial, BambooHR, Workday)
  • Familiarity with tools for remote collaboration and performance management (e.g., Slack, Trello, Lattice)

Responsibilities

  • Lead the recruitment process for key roles, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and hiring top talent
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and engage employees in a competitive global market
  • Manage onboarding processes to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company culture and operations
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with local labor laws and global best practices
  • Collaborate with leadership to design HR strategies that support business growth and employee satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with employment regulations across all regions, including the USA and Europe
  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management, resolving issues and fostering a positive work environment
  • Develop initiatives to promote employee engagement, well-being, and professional development
  • Plan and execute performance management processes, including goal-setting, reviews, and feedback cycles
  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and growth
  • Partner with department heads to design role-specific training and career development plans
  • Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with market standards
  • Conduct periodic reviews of salary structures and benefit offerings to ensure alignment with company goals and employee expectations
  • Maintain HR records and generate regular reports on workforce metrics, such as turnover rates, engagement scores, and diversity statistics
  • Use HR data insights to inform decisions and improve overall HR practices
  • Champion the company’s culture and values, ensuring they are embedded in all HR initiatives and interactions
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to build a diverse and inclusive workplace

Preferred Qualifications

  • HR certifications like PHR, SHRM-CP, or CIPD
  • Additional languages such as Portuguese, French, or German
