You will oversee HR processes, handle employee inquiries, ensure compliance, manage ticketing systems, and identify process improvement opportunities. Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in HR operations or a similar role
- Previous experience with ticketing systems, HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong understanding of HR processes and compliance requirements
Responsibilities
- Oversee and implement HR transactional processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining employee records. Ensure that all HR transactions are processed accurately and promptly to meet employee needs
- Serve as the main point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures. Deliver timely and effective solutions to employee concerns, escalating complex issues as needed
- Support the adherence to local labor laws and company policies. Assist with audits and compliance checks while ensuring that all documentation and records are accurate and up to date
- Use ticketing systems to track employee inquiries and their resolutions. Analyze ticket trends to provide insights that enhance HR service delivery
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements within HR operations and actively contribute to the adoption of best practices. Work collaboratively with HR team members to improve the overall employee experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Workday experience
- Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
