Summary

Join GHX as a Sr. HR Technology Analyst and lead the development, implementation, and management of our people technology stack. You will serve as a subject matter expert for all HR systems, driving process improvements and delivering an amazing employee experience. This role involves collaborating with global clients, functional owners, and team members to optimize HR processes and implement new technologies. You will also manage projects, support employees through a ticketing system, and ensure data integrity. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical and project management skills, along with expertise in HR and payroll processes. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, in Human Resources, Information Technology, Engineering, or other related field
  • 7+ years’ experience managing global HR systems including experience leading implementations and project management
  • Experience with Ceridian’s Dayforce or combination of two or more different global HR systems

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with global clients to understand the individual needs of the business and make recommendations to support sustainable growth
  • Partners with functional owners including Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition teams to continually improve processes, maximize productivity, and support HR initiatives
  • Oversee global implementation projects from beginning to completion
  • Use a variety of data analysis and organization tools to discover the most impactful insights
  • Leads project management for new HR technology project/enhancement requests from initiation through post implementation support including documenting requirements and leading configuration, testing, and deployment
  • Supports employees through management of HR ticketing system (JIRA) and leverages knowledge to reduce ticket volume and improve system reliability
  • Constantly shares knowledge and provides mentorship and training to functional system administrators and end users
  • Executes system enhancements, including new functionality rollouts and modifications of existing functionality and coordinates and performs in-depth tests, including test documentation and post-implementation support
  • Consistently researches, reviews, and analyzes the effectiveness and efficiency of the existing HRIS system. Proactively proposes new ideas to increase self-service and automation
  • Documents processes, develops audits, and ensures that processes and procedures adhere to defined audit and internal controls
  • Prioritizes data integrity and develops processes and procedures to ensure accurate data transfer and smooth integration with downstream applications
  • Drives improvement of manual HR processes through research and development of automated alternatives

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP
  • Experience with Dayforce, Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Experience with AI in HR technology systems
