Responsibilities
- Assist with employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and payroll
- Maintain up-to-date employee records and documentation
- Facilitate onboarding processes for employees
- Support with visa applications, issuance, renewals, monitoring, and compliance
- Provide occasional HR support to employees in other regions (Europe and Asia)
- Collaborate with the global team for mobility and HR projects
