Summary

Join Liftoff as a Mid-Level HR Contractor and manage critical HR projects to ensure organizational compliance and enhance HR practices. You will be responsible for compliance calendar management, job description development, policy writing and review, and global handbook project management. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 5+ years of HR experience, and strong knowledge of employment laws. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in project management roles
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance regulations
• Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to create clear and concise documentation
• Proficient in HRIS systems and Google Suite
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a compliance calendar to ensure timely adherence to regulatory requirements
• Monitor and track compliance-related deadlines and activities
• Collaborate with department heads to create and update accurate job descriptions that reflect the roles and responsibilities of positions across the organization
• Ensure all job descriptions comply with relevant regulations and best practices
• Draft, revise, and implement HR policies and procedures in line with legal standards and organizational needs
• Conduct periodic reviews of existing policies to ensure they remain relevant and effective
• Lead and manage various HR projects as assigned, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and feedback to support project objectives
• Prepare and present reports on project progress, compliance status, and policy implementation
• Maintain organized documentation for all HR projects and compliance activities
