Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in project management roles
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance regulations
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to create clear and concise documentation
- Proficient in HRIS systems and Google Suite
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a compliance calendar to ensure timely adherence to regulatory requirements
- Monitor and track compliance-related deadlines and activities
- Collaborate with department heads to create and update accurate job descriptions that reflect the roles and responsibilities of positions across the organization
- Ensure all job descriptions comply with relevant regulations and best practices
- Draft, revise, and implement HR policies and procedures in line with legal standards and organizational needs
- Conduct periodic reviews of existing policies to ensure they remain relevant and effective
- Lead and manage various HR projects as assigned, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and feedback to support project objectives
- Prepare and present reports on project progress, compliance status, and policy implementation
- Maintain organized documentation for all HR projects and compliance activities
