Requirements
- Proven experience in progressive HR within a dynamic, global tech environment
- Exceptional written and spoken English
- Strong experience in payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
- In-depth knowledge of Czech employment requirements
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR)
- Meticulous attention to detail paired with a mindset for continuous improvement
- Skilled in managing the full recruitment cycle
- High cultural intelligence and ability to collaborate across diverse, remote teams
- Adaptable and resilient in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment
- Committed to ongoing learning and staying attuned to the latest HR tech and trends
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations
- Provide guidance on EMEA pension schemes
- Lead the management and improvement of our HRIS platforms
- Develop strategies to enhance efficiency, data accuracy and process improvement
- Configure HRIS modules to meet evolving business needs
- Generate reports and analytics to inform HR strategy
- Partner with hiring managers to execute effective recruitment strategies
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle
- Implement innovative sourcing techniques
- Ensure onboarding immerses new hires in our culture
- Implement programs promoting employee engagement and well-being
- Support diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) initiatives
- Serve as a trusted advisor for employee inquiries
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced expertise in HRIS platforms, experience using BambooHR a plus
