Summary
Join InsulaLabs, a Ukrainian IT company, as their HR People Partner! This role focuses on managing the employee lifecycle for 50+ people, fostering strong employee relationships, and ensuring high-quality internal communications. You will be responsible for managing employee data in HRM systems, assisting in developing HR policies, and collaborating with management to find solutions that benefit both employees and the business. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience as an HRPP/HR Generalist in IT, managing a full HR cycle in companies of 200-350 people. Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an HRPP/HR Generalist in IT
- Love for people, communication and problem solving (all at the same time β€οΈ)
- English - not lower than Intermediate (your colleagues will be not only from Ukraine π)
- Experience in managing a full HR cycle in companies with 200-350 people
- Empathy, diplomacy, sociability
- Ability to interact with C-level management
- High level of self-organization, responsibility and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Full responsibility for the employee life cycle for 50+ people (onboarding, performance management, learning & development, engagement & retention, offboarding)
- Employee relationship management (scheduled 1:1, constant communication on employee issues, supporting employees in resolving conflicts)
- Employee management in HRM systems (creating an employee card, filling out and checking checklists, approving days off, comments after 1:1)
- Ensuring high-quality internal communications: (corporate meetings, newsletters, announcements of important events, anniversaries, surveys, congratulations)
- Assistance in developing company HR policies, improving existing processes
- Communication with company management and finding the best solutions at the intersection of employee and business interests
- Corporate benefits management
- Together with the team, implementing strategic company initiatives, such as creating a performance review system, implementing intangible motivation systems, etc.)
- Employer brand development
