Summary

The HR Project Manager is responsible for leading multiple HR projects, collaborating with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives, creating detailed project plans, and ensuring successful delivery of projects. They must have at least 5-8 years of project management experience and expertise in using project management tools. Strong leadership skills and experience with change management are preferred.

Requirements

• At least 5-8 years of project management experience at a global organization
• Expertise working with project management tools, such as MS Project, MS Excel, Asana, Jira etc
• Working knowledge of HR processes, systems and best practices
• Strong leadership and management skills with a passion for helping others learn and grow
• Experience with change management and transformation including having worked with a wide range of individuals

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and obtain alignment on project scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Lead multiple projects comprising cross-functional teams, assign tasks, set goals, and provide guidance throughout the project lifecycle
• Create detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
• Act as a key functional liaison and drive critical HR projects and initiatives to completion across various HR sub departments
• Work closely with project sponsors, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new projects
