Summary

Join Viessmann as a working student in the HR team and support the entire recruiting process for the German service organization. You will play a central role in implementing strategic goals and gain insights into the daily business of recruiting and HR business partner teams. The position is based in Allendorf (Eder), Berlin, or remotely throughout Germany for at least 6 months. You will optimize the recruiting process, create and publish job postings, conduct candidate searches, coordinate interviews, contribute to strategic projects, and conduct market analyses. Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Business Psychology, Law, Cultural Economics, or a comparable field of study
  • Interest in HR topics and ideally initial practical experience in the HR environment
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace
  • Very good knowledge of German (at least C1) and English (at least B1) in spoken and written form

Responsibilities

  • Optimize the entire recruiting process to ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Create and publish job postings on various job portals
  • Proactively search for candidates through active sourcing and screen applications, with a particular focus on the Service Organization business area
  • Organize and coordinate interviews, including scheduling appointments between candidates and managers, and conduct interviews independently
  • Actively participate in strategic recruiting projects, including taking on independent projects in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Conduct market analyses and research to prepare well-founded reports on labor market trends and forecasts
