Join our Human Resources team as a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruitment Assistant to support our internal recruitment efforts. You will focus on hiring internal talent, sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, and maintaining accurate data. Strong spreadsheet and coordination skills are essential. The role involves managing candidate communication, updating recruitment trackers, and supporting the HR team with documentation and process improvements. A positive candidate experience is a priority. You will contribute to continuous improvements in internal hiring practices and tools.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR-related roles, preferably focused on internal hiring
  • Strong experience using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel, including formulas, filters, pivot tables, and data organization
  • Comfortable using HR software, ATS, and digital calendars
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once

Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing candidates for internal roles through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal networks
  • Review applications and resumes to identify strong internal candidates
  • Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidate fit and availability
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
  • Keep job descriptions and internal job postings updated and organized
  • Act as the main point of contact for internal candidates during the recruitment process
  • Communicate interview details, status updates, and follow-ups in a professional and timely manner
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience from first contact to final decision
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports using Google Sheets and Excel
  • Enter and update candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or other internal systems
  • Support the HR team with recruitment documentation, meeting notes, and process improvements
  • Contribute to continuous improvements in internal hiring practices and tools

Preferred Qualifications

A degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred
