Requirements

  • 12+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 4 years in a leadership capacity
  • Strong background in a consulting, matrixed, or fast-paced enterprise environment
  • Proven expertise in employee relations, performance management, policy development, compliance, and total rewards
  • Deep knowledge of U.S. employment law and regulatory practices
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with experience managing and developing HR teams
  • Experience implementing and managing HRIS platforms (ADP preferred)
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and driving HR initiatives in a remote work environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute HR strategies that align with business goals, covering the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, performance, compensation, engagement, and offboarding
  • Serve as the primary HR partner to regional leadership and guide business leaders on all people-related matters
  • Manage a team of HR Generalists, ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery of HR services
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, labor regulations, and internal policies
  • Act as a trusted advisor for employees and managers, offering guidance on HR policies, performance, employee relations, and development
  • Partner with cross-functional teams such as Payroll, HRIS, and Benefits to drive operational excellence
  • Foster a culture of transparency, empowerment, and continuous improvement across the organization
  • Lead or support employee investigations, ensuring fairness, confidentiality, and legal compliance
  • Drive HR projects and initiatives including professional development, onboarding programs, HR technology optimization, and employee recognition
  • Leverage tools like ADP (MyHR) to manage employee records and support data-driven decisions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • PHR/SPHR or equivalent certification
