HR Specialist

Summary

Join Heidi as a HR/People Specialist to support global expansion by reimagining HR systems & processes, local & international payroll, onboarding process, performance management, engagement surveys, and building on our epic culture. This role will involve managing BAU and leading projects that will help us build best in class People systems and processes.

Requirements

Proven track record of 2+ years experience in HR operations or a similar people role ideally within a thriving tech startup

Responsibilities

• Own all HR systems and processes from end to end ensuring a delightful employee experience
• Implement scalable people solutions by driving enhancing HR operating efficiencies
• Own the implementation of our new HRIS ensuring successful migration of employee information and company wide adoption
• Support our Head of People in working with our global partners and payroll systems (US, UK), learning how employee benefits and retirement funds work in the different markets
• Maintain accurate employee records including personal information, employment details, benefits, payroll, and performance data; ensuring confidentiality and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Launch and run our quarterly engagement surveys ensuring participation and actionable insights
• Generate HR reports and metrics where relevant to help drive data-based decision-making on how we improve the employee experience
• Implement, champion and update our employee policies as we scale eg. parental leave, health benefits and wellness
• Support in the curation and coordination of company wide updates, all-hands and off-sites

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with people/talent tech stack such as HRIS, ATS, performance and payroll systems such as Bamboo, HiBob, CultureAmp, Xero, Deel, CultureAmp is advantageous
