HR Specialist

Summary

Join the HRBoost team as a part-time, remote HR Specialist. This position offers flexibility and the chance to leverage your HR expertise while supporting clients with recruitment, payroll, policy development, benefits management, employee relations, and talent development. The role is approximately 15 hours per week with a pay range of $32–$36/hour. Currently, only candidates residing in Illinois, Indiana, Alabama, Mississippi, or Texas are being considered. The ideal candidate will possess previous HR experience and a proactive, client-focused approach to problem-solving.
