Requirements

• 5+ years of HR experience, ideally within a gaming or Web3 environment
• Familiarity with gaming studio workflows and team dynamics is essential
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legal compliance
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to work effectively in remote and multicultural teams
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information
• Commitment to fostering a positive and productive work environment
• Proficiency in HRIS tools and ATS platforms

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries and resolving workplace concerns with discretion and professionalism
• Promote an inclusive and collaborative work culture that enhances employee satisfaction and retention
• Maintain accurate HR records, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Support the design and execution of performance evaluation systems
• Collaborate with leadership to identify training and development needs and implement relevant programs
• Regularly review and update policies to reflect organizational and legal changes

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with remote team collaboration tools like Slack, BambooHR, or Asana
