Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in HR operations or shared services
- Familiarity with HRIS systems (ADP preferred) and data reporting tools
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset
- High level of proficiency in Google Suite
Responsibilities
- Manage and administer the HR request system, ensuring timely resolution of employee status changes, HR-related inquiries, and other requests
- Support employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, offboarding, and contractor management, ensuring smooth transitions and accurate system updates
- Maintain accurate documentation and records for employee status changes, keeping systems and workflows aligned
- Provide guidance to HR Coordinators, prioritizing tasks and resolving escalated requests
- Assist the HRIS Analyst in maintaining accurate employee data across systems
- Perform ADP data entry and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and correct errors
- Generate, analyze, and distribute HR reports, including engagement survey data, and provide actionable insights to People Business Partners
- Maintain the internal Policy Library, ensuring policies are up-to-date and aligned with legal requirements
- Assist stakeholders in drafting and implementing new policies, and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance
- Stay updated on international labor laws and ensure compliance across all regions where the company operates
- Identify inefficiencies in HR processes and propose solutions to streamline operations
- Leverage technology and automation tools to optimize HR workflows, improving efficiency and reducing manual effort
- Collaborate with HR leadership to implement improvements that enhance the employee experience and operational effectiveness
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency with Jira or similar ticketing systems
