Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in HR operations or shared services
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems (ADP preferred) and data reporting tools
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset
  • High level of proficiency in Google Suite

Responsibilities

  • Manage and administer the HR request system, ensuring timely resolution of employee status changes, HR-related inquiries, and other requests
  • Support employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, offboarding, and contractor management, ensuring smooth transitions and accurate system updates
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records for employee status changes, keeping systems and workflows aligned
  • Provide guidance to HR Coordinators, prioritizing tasks and resolving escalated requests
  • Assist the HRIS Analyst in maintaining accurate employee data across systems
  • Perform ADP data entry and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and correct errors
  • Generate, analyze, and distribute HR reports, including engagement survey data, and provide actionable insights to People Business Partners
  • Maintain the internal Policy Library, ensuring policies are up-to-date and aligned with legal requirements
  • Assist stakeholders in drafting and implementing new policies, and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance
  • Stay updated on international labor laws and ensure compliance across all regions where the company operates
  • Identify inefficiencies in HR processes and propose solutions to streamline operations
  • Leverage technology and automation tools to optimize HR workflows, improving efficiency and reducing manual effort
  • Collaborate with HR leadership to implement improvements that enhance the employee experience and operational effectiveness

Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency with Jira or similar ticketing systems
