Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology or a related field
- 3+ years in HRIS management, with specific expertise with ADP WFN required
- Proven track record of managing complex HRIS projects, including system upgrades and implementations
- Experience building and maintaining calculated fields in ADP
- Advanced ADP Report Writing experience required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel)
- Ability to translate complex HRIS data into actionable insights for HR leadership and other stakeholders
- Ability to communicate, both verbally and written, with a high level of confidence
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently and effectively
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment and handling multiple priorities simultaneously
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service to internal HR users and other stakeholders
- Strong collaborator; can engage with partners and stakeholders at all levels
Responsibilities
- System Administration and Integrations Serve as the primary resource responsible for ADP WFN administration, configuration and maintenance to ensure data accuracy, system reliability and security
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to configure integration between the HRIS system and other HR systems and business systems, ensuring seamless integration
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure the flow of people data from the HRIS into other technology platforms is accurate
- Identify opportunities for system enhancements, coordinate with vendors, and manage system upgrades and implementations
- Act as the primary point of contact for HRIS users, providing technical support and troubleshooting as needed
- Process Optimization Continuously assess and improve HR processes, workflows, and reporting, identifying risks or opportunities that improve the delivery of People Operations services to the organization
- Data Analysis Own the reporting of HRIS data to provide insights into employee lifecycle, retention rates, turnover, and other key HR metrics
- Analyze historical HR data to identify trends and forecast future workforce needs
- Create and manage custom dashboards for HR stakeholders to monitor key KPIs and identify actionable insights in recruitment, performance, and employee engagement
- Reporting Design and develop comprehensive HRIS reports, ensuring data is presented in an insightful, user-friendly manner
- Identify areas where HRIS reporting can be automated, streamlining processes to enhance data quality and reduce manual effort
- Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis as requested by internal teams
- Data Integrity and Compliance Ensure compliance with data security and privacy requirements
- Regularly perform system audits and risk assessments to ensure data integrity and security are maintained in alignment with best practices
- Work with internal and external audit teams as needed to provide testing and evidence of HRIS processes for compliance
- Vendor Management Work with ADP and other third-party vendors to resolve system-related issues, discuss product updates, and manage service contracts
