HRIS Data Analyst

Summary

Join MBO Partners as a remote HRIS Data Analyst for a 9-month contract (approximately 30 hours/week). You will support system efforts by ensuring data integrity across multiple systems, conducting data analysis, and identifying solutions for data inconsistencies. This role requires strong data analysis skills, experience with specific HRIS systems (ADP, JobDiva, Fidelity, Steele Benefits), and a minimum of 5 years in HR/HRIS. • Minimum of 5 yrs in Human Resources / HRIS experience
• Microsoft Excel – Expert level

Responsibilities

• Support MBO system efforts by completing manual processes to facilitate data integrity between multiple systems
• Complete weekly processes as defined by MBO as well as analyzing data errors and providing recommendation for long term solutions to fix data inconsistencies
• Complete complex data analysis by using independent judgement to determine accurate records across all systems
• Research data abnormalities and unique system limitations to problem solve a resolution to ensure data is updated correctly across various platforms
• Maintain process guides on how to navigate the various systems to provide corrective actions
• Document process flows and system data management processes for automation workstream and assist with long term solution testing
