Summary

Join JumpCloud as a Senior HRIS Analyst and manage our Human Resources Information System (HRIS) ADP. You will ensure the system operates effectively, maintain accurate employee data, and generate actionable insights. Collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to streamline processes and improve system functionality. This remote role in India requires proven experience with HRIS platforms, particularly ADP, and knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and data management regulations. You will be responsible for system administration, data management, reporting and analytics, process optimization, compliance and risk management, and providing support and training. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with HRIS platforms, ADP is a must
  • Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and data management regulations
  • Experience with system implementation and integrations
  • Knowledge of HR processes, compliance requirements, and data privacy regulations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to train and support diverse users

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the HRIS to ensure optimal functionality
  • Troubleshoot system issues and resolve user-reported problems promptly
  • Implement system updates, patches, and enhancements in collaboration with IT and vendors
  • Participate in or lead HRIS implementation projects for new systems or platforms
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to customize systems based on organizational needs
  • Test and validate system changes before deployment to ensure accuracy and reliability
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (IT, Payroll, Finance) for system alignment
  • Input, audit, and maintain accurate employee data within the HRIS
  • Perform regular data audits and quality checks to ensure data integrity
  • Manage user access, permissions, and security protocols for the HRIS
  • Ensure system configuration aligns with regulatory requirements
  • Generate routine and ad hoc reports for stakeholders (e.g., headcount, turnover, compliance metrics)
  • Create dashboards to visualize key HR metrics and trends
  • Collaborate with teams to identify data-driven insights that inform business decisions
  • Support compliance with data privacy and security regulations
  • Streamline and automate HRIS processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and time tracking
  • Identify areas for system improvement and propose innovative solutions
  • Develop and document HRIS workflows, procedures, and user guides
  • Guide and apply industry best practices to support organizational changes
  • Ensure system configurations comply with legal and company policies
  • Assist with audits related to SOC, ISO and HR compliance
  • Support audits by providing necessary system data and documentation
  • Provide support to HR teams and employees for HRIS-related inquiries
  • Train HR staff and end-users on system functionalities and new features
  • Act as a liaison between HR and IT for technical support or system enhancements
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to align system capabilities with organizational goals
  • Support integrations between the HRIS and other systems, such as payroll, learning management platforms (LMS), compensation planning, and applicant tracking systems (ATS)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Must be located in and authorized to work in India
  • Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
