Remote Hubspot Consultant

Summary

Everpeak is seeking a remote Hubspot Consultant for a part-time 1099 contractor role, working with clients from discovery to post-go-live support. The candidate should have at least 5 years' experience in Hubspot and be comfortable working in an Agile environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ of full-time experience working on Hubspot
• Ability to be a business-led thinker and help provide actionable solutions to client problems
• Problem solver and thought leader who can recommend opportunities and not just wait to be told what to work on
• Comfortable working in an Agile environment with weekly sprints directly with the client
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with peers and internal teams to achieve shared outcomes for the business

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients from initial discovery to solutions implementation to post-go-live support
• Listen, understand, and define requirements
• Translate needs into technical requirements
• Be proactive with clients, finding new solutions that fall into the client’s ‘you don’t know what you don’t know’ sphere
• Tackle code-related tasks independently
• Validate configuration through internal testing and facilitation of user acceptance testing
• Analyze data, implement data hygiene practices, cleanse data, and import large sets of data
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients based on mutual trust and open communication
