Requirements

  • Proficiency in HubSpot CRM: Strong understanding of workflows, sequences, reporting, and integrations
  • Technical Acumen: Familiarity with data management and troubleshooting within a CRM
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights
  • Project Management: Experience managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
  • Attention to Detail: Focused on accuracy and quality of work
  • 4+ years of experience in HubSpot administration or CRM support roles

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the HubSpot CRM to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business processes
  • Provide first-line support for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within HubSpot
  • Implement and manage HubSpot workflows, sequences, and integrations to streamline processes
  • Maintain accurate and consistent data within HubSpot and ensure compliance with company standards
  • Train team members on best practices for using HubSpot effectively
  • Create and maintain user guides, training materials, and FAQs for internal teams
  • Act as the point of contact for HubSpot-related queries and assist teams in becoming self-sufficient
  • Monitor data quality, deduplicate records, and address inconsistencies in the CRM
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track performance metrics and provide insights for sales, marketing, and customer success teams
  • Support ad-hoc data analysis requests to inform strategic decisions
  • Identify inefficiencies in current HubSpot workflows and recommend improvements
  • Assist in designing and implementing scalable processes to support the revenue team’s growth
  • Work with the Revenue Operations team to align HubSpot processes with broader business goals
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure their needs are met within HubSpot
  • Serve as the go-to person for HubSpot configuration and setup for cross-functional projects
  • Support stakeholders in setting up campaigns, lead allocation, and pipeline tracking

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a sales, marketing, or revenue operations environment is preferred
  • Basic knowledge of reporting tools and data management is a plus (e.g., Excel, Tableau, SQL)
