Summary

Join BryceTech as a Program Support Specialist and contribute your expertise in federal human capital programs, particularly learning and talent development. You will provide planning and program support for multiple leadership development programs, manage day-to-day operations, and offer technical guidance to customers. Responsibilities include partnering with vendors, managing enrollments in the LMS, ensuring quality administrative processes, marketing training, and maintaining organized records. You will also support the selection process, budget tracking, program enhancements, and coordinate project activities. This remote position requires strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in MS Office Suite, and the ability to pass a background check. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency using MS Teams, Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to pass a background check

Responsibilities

  • Provide planning and program support for multiple leadership development programs
  • Perform day-to-day operations of the program and related activities
  • Offer assistance, technical guidance, consultation and support to customers advising to the latest regulatory and instructional materials related to the program and activities
  • Partner with vendors to schedule offsite trainings
  • Enter all scheduled classes into the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Manage enrollments and cancellations in the LMS
  • Ensure the delivery and quality of all administrative processes, including calls for nomination, acceptance/regret letters, and submission packages
  • Market training offerings through appropriate communication channels and ensure relevant SharePoint pages are up to date and accurate
  • Organize records and files from numerous data calls and maintain a tracking system for incoming requests, data calls, and outgoing correspondence
  • Create and maintain a tracking system for tasks, requests, and actions
  • Attend and participate in stakeholder meetings, documenting and following up on important actions and decisions
  • Support the selection process and data management for all assigned cohort programs
  • Work with the budget analyst to track budgets for offsite trainings
  • Support the program leads in developing recommendations for program and process enhancements
  • Coordinate project assessment activities, monthly reviews, and other activities as directed
  • Schedule meetings with various stakeholders
  • Create and distribute communications to a variety of stakeholders
  • Traveling to NASA centers for training opportunities once per quarter
