Join our team at fairlife, LLC as a Human Resources Coordinator and execute HR administration processes, support the HR Manager, Talent Acquisition Manager, and Total Rewards Manager in day-to-day activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with a focus in Human Resources, or combined education and work experience, required
• 1-3 years’ experience performing HR Administration, required
• Possess strong analytical and organizational skills
• Possess a strong sense of urgency and ability to meet strict deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficiency in HRIS systems (ADP)
• Knowledge of state and federal employment law
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to handle ambiguity and work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment

Responsibilities

• Accurately update, maintain, and optimize the HRIS information within ADP including processing of new hires, terminations, promotions, reporting changes and other HR changes
• Maintain employee documents and records in cloud-based e-filing system
• Assist in hourly job postings and recruiting
• Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding activities
• Assist with audits to include I-9 audits, benefit audits, EEO, and other compliance reviews
• Assist in the coordination of summer internship logistics. 
• Assist with Performance Management system and process creation
• Assist HR Team with note taking and documentation during important meetings including exit interviews, performance calibration, employee investigations, and other meetings
• Assist in the coordination of training programs
• Maintain Human Resources communication boards and information sections
• Responsible for the coordination of employee and special events
• Assist with benefits enrollment processes, data feeds, and coordinate wellness initiatives
• Perform other duties as assigned
