Requirements
- Must currently be attending an accredited university as a rising Junior or above majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Analytics or similar
- Your resume should show a demonstrated ability to manage priorities, communicate effectively, influence without authority, and learn quickly
Responsibilities
- Support a variety of strategic and tactical initiatives across the people team including projects related to HR operations, employee branding, market research, and recruiting
- Collect, analyze, and present data to support short- and long-term decision making
- Organize, coordinate, and publicize company-wide and intern-specific engagement activities and events
- Provide administrative support to the HR team including onboarding, offboarding, and preparing documentation
- Assist in organizing and maintaining employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Participate in HR and cross-functional team meetings to contribute ideas and enhance processes and initiatives
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive HR information
