Summary

Join Mezmo's team as a part-time HR Coordinator, playing a key role in managing daily HR tasks. You will assist with recruiting, HR data and operations, and people experience initiatives. This role demands excellent communication, attention to detail, and proactiveness. You'll collaborate with diverse teams across departments to ensure smooth HR operations. The position offers flexible PTO, company holidays, a new hire stipend, and a work-from-home stipend. The ideal candidate possesses 1-2 years of HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment, along with experience in GSuite, HRIS, and ATS.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a fast paced start up environment
  • Experience with GSuite
  • Experience with HRIS (preferably HiBob or BambooHR)
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS, ie. Greenhouse)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage sensitive information confidentially and with discretion

Responsibilities

  • Assist Recruiting with scheduling interviews, generating offer letters and conducting background checks
  • Assist with updating employee data changes across People tools; coordinating applicable changes with Payroll
  • Maintain internal People informational pages (Slite) and internal People Drive
  • Monitor the HR Inbox, and respond to or assign followup based on subject
  • Assist with Onboarding/Offboarding, ensuring paperwork and any training requirements are completed in a timely manner
  • Provide support and analysis on company surveys (onboarding/offboarding, engagement, pulse, program feedback), and assist with program or tool implementations
  • Provide backup to programs within HiBob (HRIS)
  • Help support the People Experience Manager during US and International Benefits Open Enrollment, as well as during Performance and Compensation Review cycles
  • Assist in preparing reports and documentation for audits and regulatory inquiries
  • Participate in special People projects as needed

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred experience in PEO and EOR environments
