Summary
Join Clearsulting's Global HR Operations team as an HR Generalist supporting the EMEA region. This role involves recruitment, performance management, employee onboarding, payroll coordination, and broader HR responsibilities. You will work closely with the HR & Talent Director (EMEA) to design, implement, and scale HR processes. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- 2+ years of HR experience in a generalist or coordinator capacity
- Knowledge of UK employment laws and HR best practices is essential
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a people-first approach
- High attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially

Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with company culture and values
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies across EMEA
- Act as a trusted point of contact for employees regarding HR-related matters
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with a high level of accuracy
- Support employee relations initiatives and assist in conflict resolution to foster a positive work environment
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening and scheduling interviews
- Maintain candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Support the preparation of offer letters and pre-employment background checks
- Ensure pre-boarding tasks are loaded and tracked to completion
- Assist the in managing the quarterly performance review process in region
- Track performance evaluations and provide reminders to managers and employees
- Support the development of Clear Success Plans (performance improvement plans) when needed
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives, including feedback surveys to ensure a culture of continuous growth and accountability
- Coordinate and facilitate new hire on-boarding, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience
- Prepare and maintain on-boarding documentation and training materials
- Conduct check-ins with new employees to support their transition
- Manage check-ins, exit interviews and off-boarding processes to gather insights and ensure compliance
- Support payroll processing by gathering and verifying employee documentation, including ad-hoc bonuses and expenses
- Coordinate with payroll providers and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
- Work with the HR Director to resolve employee payroll inquiries efficiently
- Maintain payroll documentation and ensure compliance with relevant protocol
- Maintain HR files, employee records, and HRIS/Payroll systems with thorough attention to detail
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrolments and terminations
- Support audits and reporting requirements related to HR functions
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and drive new initiatives from suggestion to implementation
- Uphold a passion for efficiency and continuous improvement in all HR operations
Preferred Qualifications
- CIPD qualification preferred
- Familiarity with employment laws in other EMEA regions is a plus
- Experience with HRIS ADP and payroll systems (Deel) is preferred
