The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2-4 years of experience as an HR Generalist. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in HRIS systems are essential. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 2-4 years in an HR Generalist or related role, with exposure to onboarding, benefits, and compensation
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employee relations, and compliance requirements
  • Proven ability to launch and sustain engagement initiatives
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes to provide a seamless employee experience
  • Administer employee benefits programs, answer inquiries, and manage related vendor relationships
  • Implement and support new employee engagement initiatives to drive retention and satisfaction
  • Support compliance review and reporting, including for Service Contract Act, Americans with Disability Act, Equal Employment Opportunity Act, and Veterans Hiring Initiatives
  • Maintain HR records, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations
  • Assist in resolving employee relations matters and provide guidance to team members
  • Partner with leadership to ensure HR processes align with organizational goals and culture
  • Prepare reports and metrics to analyze HR trends and recommend improvements

Preferred Qualifications

PHR or SHRM-CP certification
