The job involves delivering virtual training sessions as a Human Resources Instructor on various HR topics such as Federal Staffing and Placement, Pay Setting – General Schedule, Qualifications Analysis, Processing Federal Personnel Actions, Adjudicating and Applying Veterans Preference, Federal Employee Benefits, CSRS and FERS Retirement and Benefits, and Federal Human Resources Management for Supervisors and Managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR management or training and development
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in this position

Responsibilities

Provide training on a variety of HR topics including: Federal Staffing and Placement, Pay Setting – General Schedule, Qualifications Analysis, Processing Federal Personnel Actions, Adjudicating and Applying Veterans Preference, Federal Employee Benefits, CSRS and FERS Retirement and Benefits, Federal Human Resources Management for Supervisors and Managers
