Responsibilities

  • Assist with ad-hoc HR projects/reporting
  • Work in conjunction with various members of the HR team and Site Leadership team within varied aspects of HR including employee relations and engagement, recruiting events, HR data analytics, compensation and benefits, payroll, compliance, and performance management
  • Drive HR initiatives and continuous improvement through an intern project
  • Develop and implement HR programs
  • Routinely report changes in industry trends, and/or, state or federal employment legislation. Will be required to research specific guidelines and regulations pertaining to employment law
  • Work to improve talent branding strategy and partnership
  • Help initiate new hire onboarding
  • Develop and facilitate team building, workforce development and training opportunities
  • Assist HR leadership to perform all other duties as assigned

We are currently seeking a Human Resources Intern to join our team. As a Human Resources intern, you will work closely with the Human Resources department.

This position is a paid, temporary internship eligible to juniors or seniors within a commutable distance of Sanford, NC. This role is fully on-site, 5 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with ad-hoc HR projects/reporting
