• Knowledge of personnel selection processes and file management

Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment and selection process of personnel, including publishing job vacancies, reviewing resumes, coordinating interviews, and following up with candidates
• Participate in the hiring process of personnel
• Support SST activities
• Support labor well-being activities
• Provide general support in administrative tasks of the HR department, such as organizing personnel files
• Manage other processes related to the area
